Accenture India — shift allowance is not provided by organization

Hi,

I have worked 3years (2016july -2019july) for accenture b6 bangalore location.

I have got my final settlement last month but without 2months (June and july) shift allowance.

I have raised a query with payroll team and hr representative as well. But i didn't get any response from the hr department.
