[Resolved] Accenture India — Stuck on document submission

Iam Shreedhar Hegde.I had have completed Accenture cognitive assesment and HR interview round.Currently Iam stuck in document submission task.The thing is my sixth semster marks sheet under revaluation at the time of past 2, 3 weeks and now I have proper and cleared with no backlogs graduation marks sheet.Even i enclosed my issue with reason to quarries portal of Accenture and i also sent mail regarding my issues still I didn't get any response. To upload my sixth semster marks sheet i need the task rejection that I have uploaded before. I request you to please allow me to upload sixth semester marks sheet having no backlogs. Mar 25, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved Finally I got missing raise ticket tool portal and I raise the ticket now they are proceeding with my candidature. Accenture India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Hey, I am facing a similar kind of situation it's been 15days since I have uploaded my documents all except the education document have been approved. That one document is neither approved nor rejected. Can you tell me how did you reach out to them
