[Resolved] Accenture India — task rejection in accenture documents upload

My task is getting rejected again and again. They are asking for consolidated marksheet. I'm from makaut board, and there is no consolidated marksheet as such. We have marksheets of 8semesters. And final dgpa is written in 8th sem marksheet. Even there is no separate field to upload consolidated marksheet. So, i gathered all the marksheets upto 8 sems and uploaded it as pdf in grade numeric field. Even, after that my task is getting rejected. I've mailed also regarding this issue. But there is no reply. Please have a look into it and give me suggestion as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? No (5) Yes (18)
Oct 25, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Mail was provided from Accenture team what i needed to do. Really helpful. Accenture India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

i got a mail today to submit documents before 21 aug or else the candidature will be closed.i've already submitted those documents a long ago, there is no option to submit again as they've not verified and rejected.

Task Rejection: Upload backlog sem 7th.

There is no backlog in 7th semester.
But they have considering a backlog, i don't no at what bases they will consider as a backlog.
please give me the exact reason.
