Refer to my termination dated on 13.2.2017 (accenture M5 AND M7)by the India.HRO.[protected]@accenture.com without considering my issues properly they terminated me. My working location is M7 Facebook Process Airoli East Mumbai. Coming to my issues I went on medical leaves due to got infected of bacterial infections and as per the medical reports doctors prescribed TB medications. And after the diagnosis of MDR TB I got admitted to the Govt. Hospital (Chatrapati Shivaji Hospital), Kalwa. As per the appropriate suggestion of the doctors. Then medications get started. After a few days medical leaves got over TL started calling me I again requested extra leaves due to medication side effects and the TL and managers were told me to send one more email indicating all the medical conditions after that I was sent the document and they granted me one more month leave. But after few days medication side effects were became more serious so I request them to give extra leaves until and unless medication get over or upto it becomes tolerable but TL and managers handed over all the matters to the HR team. After it, HR starts calling me and instead of giving me medical facilities and instead of discussing facts with the top management, HR Ankita Sharma, HR team member told me to give resignation by giving irrelevant terms and conditions.During the process of resignation she told me to send email with appropriate documents, and I was sent a mail After a 2 days, they started calling me but I did not responds on phones because of not awaring that the number was of the HR and after five days I got termination letter from the accenture and the case was bacame the absconded case, but I want to aware all the HR heads and top management that this case was became abscond case itself not I absconded personally to the accenture. And now HR team are not responding my calls and saying rehiring is not possible. Even no one of the management employees are ready to listen my queries and facts. So I am also disclosing all the phone numbers of the HR and all my medical documents. Please I humbly requesting to all the top heads, please kindly and efficiently look after my this issues and facts and give me rejoining with the appropriate increamemts and also the salaries
