Accenture India — Transferred PF Amount is not reflecting on current employer EPFO passbook

My Current company has not received the transferred PF amount from Accenture till now, but I can see the claim status has been settled below on the EPFO portal by stating Your Claim [ Claim Id - MHBAN[protected] ] has been Settled on - 15-JAN-2022. Amount and Service transferred to MHBAN[protected]

I also connected with my current employer for the same but they are asking for Annexure-K and NEFT details. Since they have not received any amount till now.

Updated by KunalKeshri I was employed by Accenture from Feb 2017 to Feb 2021.
I submitted pf transfer claim through the EPFO India portal, from Accenture (My previous firm) to my current firm. The passbook for the member account with Accenture now shows 0 balance, but it was not received into my current firm's account.
I checked with pf office, and they have confirmed there was no transfer. They asked me to get annexure k from Accenture pf office and submit it to them to investigate.
I have placed several requests to Accenture for annexure k for proof of pf transfer. But no response received to date.
Please advise or take action to expedite this.
