Hi, I have been an Accenture Employee from 2005 to 2016.
I am really frustrated with the way Accenture India PF team has treated my case. They are asking for same documents multiple times and requesting information I cannot provide.
I have been following up from 22 NOV 2023, for almost 2 years with no resolution.
I have received emails asking for Aadhar card, screen shot of error message and request to raise grievance on PF portal multiple times.
I replied raising grievance is not possible as my Aadhar is not linked to UAN and this can be done only from employer.
I understood there was a name mismatch and Accenture team had submitted requested for name change but was rejected on 18 MAR 2025.
18 MAR 2025 : Requested to provide Aadhar card, PAN, birth and marriage certificate, passport
24 MAR 2025 : I provided all required document in one pdf file
14 MAY 2025 : Accenture PF team requests for same documents again
I am really frustrated as they keep closing the ticket and with a new ticket they asking the same information.
This is happening for the last 1 year.
Email from 14 MAY 2025 which is exactly the same as 18 MAR 2025.
I can provide more emails like this where they asking for screen shot error from PF portal which I cannot access as UAN is not linked to Aadhar.
