Accenture India — unable to apply for new jobs due to existing application

Dear Accenture Support Team,

I am writing to request assistance with an issue I am experiencing on the Accenture careers portal. Currently, I have an existing application in the system, but I am unable to apply for new job openings.

I would like to request that my existing application be removed from the system, as it is no longer relevant to my current job search. However, I am unable to delete the application myself and am therefore unable to submit new applications.

Could you please assist me in removing my existing application from the system? I would greatly appreciate it if you could also provide guidance on how to prevent this issue from occurring in the future.
