Accenture India — Unable to login as candidate in accenture portal

I am unable to login in my Accenture account to upload my documents, when I try to login in my account it shows an error " your mail id cannot be found in our system".

I have received all mails regarding other processes with Accenture on my mail id [protected]@gmail.com, but not able to login in my account, When I try to reset the password it shows your mail id cannot be found in our system.

Does your issue resolved ? I'm also getting same problem. Plz help me someone. They are not even replying my mails and not receiving my calls. I have received joining letter in which they have given one link on which I have to fill form by logging in but I'm unable to do it
The same above issue i am also facing this, anyone got solution for this, please kindly reply for my post

I am also facing same issue. I got mails to upload docs as part of count down. But couldnt login

May i know if the issue got resolved i am facing the same issue.. and unable to submit feedback also to get Enterprise ID
