I have recently received the letter of intent from Accenture and post accepting the offer I was logged out of the account and since then I am unable to login into my Accenture profile,
every time I make an attempt to log in it says please provide a valid username and password even after using the correct credentials.
I have even tried resetting the password but then I received a mail saying that "There was an attempt to reset the password using this email address but there is no account connected to it.
Please go back to the Sign In page and select the Sign-Up button to create your account or use the email address that already is registered to reset your password."
And I have been using the same credentials from the registration process till the acceptance of LOI.
And before accepting the LOI it showed the same error but then I changed the password using Forgot Password method and it was successful.
but now it's showing that error since then only.
I was abruptly logged out of my profile immediately after accepting the LOI.
I have been reaching out to the support team for the last 10 days and 3 people from your side said that I'll be receiving new credentials shortly and the other person said that the technical
the team will be communicating with me soon regarding the issue and I haven't received any mail from the technical team yet.
I want to know whether my offer still stands or should I go for other opportunities in other companies?
