I left the company in july 2021 and since then im chasing for my pf transfer with the accenture .I was informed by your team some eps rectifications are being done at your end post which i should be able to transfef my pf however its been more than 2 years and there is no concrete solution for this.Everytime i try to conatct the pf team of accenture they simply close the incident without giving any necessary solution which is very disappointing...

I have been chasing your pf team since 2 years and still unable to transfer my pf to the current employer . I was told some eps corrections were made on your end and sent for legal validation . Also, when I’m trying to raise the incident, they are closing it without any solution. That’s really a poor service from your team. Then I did follow up and I got the response that you cleared the all interview rounds. 14th Oct 2023, this was the date of my interview, I have a good internet connection. After completion of system verification, I got the voice test verification where we need to read out the words loudly, but it didn't display any word it goes on saying FENCING WORD and after that i got message like interview cancelled or check whether you have logged in with correct link or not.
