[Resolved] Accenture India — Unable to track application status

Hi, I have recently cleared technical round and HR interview round with Accenture on 30th June 2021 .. also got the confirmation for same. On 1st July I uploaded my documents in Accenture job portal with the help of HR, but after doing all this, from 2nd July onwards I am unable to track my application status in job portal. Everytime I login it shows a blank page instead of my candidature details. I tried to contact HR and initially they said that documents are insufficient, so profile is on hold . I provided them with all the required documents on the same day. Now one of the HR has blocked my contact number and others are ignoring the call and no one is responding on mails as well. I am not able to get the exact status of my application, if it is cancelled or still on hold. Please help with the same. Candidate ID- C9653094 Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (5)

same thing is happening to me as well, on 9th July, i gave my interview and received 2 mails to upload documents and some recruitment policy related mail, since that day I am unable to track my profile as well as upload my documents. After how many days you were able to track your application?, did you get direct mail from HR regarding offer?

You can only wait for their call or any confirmation mail.. there is nothing you can do at this point. If you are selected then HR will contact you eventually and the portal will also be opened.

Hey Divya and Revati,

I am also in the same situation, I gave Technical interview on 17th July with Accenture. Since that day the Candidate Portal is blank for me.
No reply from HR as well.
I called the helpdesk, it says Candidate Application on Hold due to Pending of Documents upload.

How can we upload the documents when the portal itself is blank?
Can you please guide me how to go about in this situation.

As I told earlier to Revati, there is nothing you can do.. just wait for sometime.. HR will contact you eventually
