Hi Team, I have totally 4+ years of experience outside and joined recently in Accenture on 30-Jan-2014.
The offer letter's Terms & Conditions states, that ..
"the new employee shall be on probation for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days"
"If you desire to terminate your employment during the probation period, you shall provide Company thirty (30) calendar days prior written notice with reasons for such termination."
My concern is that, when i am in 3rd month of my probation period, i had health issues and mental depression due some family problems. So i informed my supervisor, manager and HR that, i am going to resign my job after serving 30 days of notice period. I also agreed that I can provide KT to another resource during my 30 days of notice period. But they are not accepting this and also forcing me to serve 6 months of notice period and also they threaten me that they will terminate my service. The HR does not listen to me and they reflect only whatever my senior manager says. I am not getting any update from HR and they are not even replying to my email at all.
But in my mail to HR i clearly said, that i can serve only 30 days of notice period(as specified in T&C in offer letter) and it is impossible to server more than 30 days of notice period.
Could someone kindly throw some light on how to go about it?
