Accenture — PF Amount Related

Hi Team,

This is manikanta Dakoju, I have served with Accenture from Nov 2015 to June 2019 as a Test engineer analyst. In need of my personal interests last year I have taken the decision of withdrawing my PF money from the account. Then to my surprise, the PF request was rejected because of the error "EPS contribution error in the PF balance". I have dropped an email to the concerned department of Accenture but nothing has happened. Please find below the series of email communications that happened between me and Accenture. I am trying to get in touch with the concerned team now they are not even replying back to the emails.

Please be informed that the EPS contribution error in the PF balance was supposed to be resolved by April 2020. However the PF Office is not completely functional since the beginning of March and the resolution is delayed, they are only processing COVID 19 advance.
The bifurcation as mentioned above is a time-consuming process and further PF office is government office and they work at their own pace. Hence kindly allow us time till the end of OCT-2020 for further updates.
We will share the mail communication to your email id, once this pending activity is completed from pf office.

About the concern: Please note that we have already given a data report to the PF office for bifurcate the Accenture PF details to the pension column and the same will be completed by MAY\June months, and after that, we will share you the mail communication for resubmitting the claim request accordingly. Hence we required your co-operation to resolve the issue.
We are keeping this SR # PR0910964 pending status till the issue gets resolved.

Hi Team,

This is 11189915 again writing to you. When I lodged my complaint with Accenture that I am not able to withdraw my PF amount from my PF account, It is revealed there is a lapse from the PF office for which Accenture has sent out an email to bifurcate the PF account with Pension Column. The Accenture team also told me that this process will take the time by May/June. Its October now still the issue pertains the same. I want to understand whose fault is this for which i am suffering? If it is a lapse from the Accenture, The concerned team should take this issue and resolve it asap. I who is at the receiving end didn't do any mistake from the side and still bearing the burnt for which I haven't done any.

I seriously ask the team to take this issue asap with concerned authorities or push the PF office to resolve the issue without any delay. Otherwise, I don't have an option rather than taking this issue to the labor relations forum.

The previous SR request is SR # PR0910337 which is still open. Expecting a reply from the team at the earliest.
