Accenture — PIP fail result termination letter no relieving letter

After failing in PIP in accenture in March 2020 i have got the opportunity to work in another project in accenture upto July 28 2020.

After getting support from manager from next project HR specialist called me again and again to leave accenture without reliving letter due to fail result in PIP

Finally on July 28 2020 HR Specialist send me a mail with a termination letter for failing in PIP last 6 months back.

This hampered my current employment in next company where BGC turned out negative due to no reliving letter issued to me.

Please assit me in this part as i am SAP career aspirant having a family to look after,
