Accenture — Problem during Documents upload

I faced certain problems while uploading my documents for the verification. First error message displayed was of incorrect college name in the marksheet. Then invalid roll no. in certain marksheet. Now this error was expected because I have changed my stream from Electrical branch to Computer Science therefore my roll no. varies in marksheet.
Second problem occurred with my 12th and 10th marksheets. The error message was: Invalid Marksheet, which was unexpected.
