Beware of all the exit clauses when you sign a agreement with Access Work Serviced Offices in Mumbai. There are too many fine prints and legal language that one tends to overlook. Inspite of giving a 3-month notice period, this company tries to lock you for a longer period by some rule. In case you don't abide, you would need to forfeit the deposit. We have heard this company has done such fraudulent practices with multiple tenants. Avoid associating. Access Work customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Mar 01, 2016 Access Work Customer Care's response It is extremely unfortunate, that post knowing the reality this has been posted and allegations have been levied against Accesswork, which include words like fraud, fine prints and notice period.
Infact “Accesswork” is the one of the few organizations that presents all aspects like terms and conditions/ house rules/ price guides, etc. upfront to the client by email and terms are handed over personally as well. Only post clarifying all reservations and acceptance by the client, Accesswork allows clients to check – in. The Tenure and Flexibility of space is entirely with the clients. Accesswork has been promoted by a bunch of professionals and being a start – up, believe in orienting its clients and prospective alike on solutions that would benefit them over the short and medium term, given our experiences over several years.
It seems important and relevant to all who read the above comment, Serviced Office Operators and Users that the truth is that Mr. Abhijit [censored]ut has on his own accord during the existence of an agreement with Accesswork, procured an alternative and cheaper location and wishes to exit out of an agreed contract and its terms. Mr. [censored]ut and Giga Health Labs is bent on misusing Social Media and has threatened Accesswork and its employees on more than one occasion stating if they are not allowed to exit the contract, dire consequences would befall on Accesswork.
Neither Accesswork nor any other Serviced Office Operators forcefully ask prospective clients to sign and avail of their services. There is an agreement signed between Operator and Client and atleast at Accesswork the terms are never hidden. It would seem extremely unfair and one sided when for their own benefits, a client overlooks clauses of an accepted agreement, obtains a cheaper deal and blames the Operator for fraudulent practices and fine prints. How would contracts survive this test and business be done when clients start to behave in an ad-hoc manner.
Please beware of clients/companies like Mr. Abhijit [censored]ut of Giga Health Labs, who has been known to have a temper and uses his voice and language as a medium of discussion rather than understand facts and seek resolutions. There have been threats issued by this company and its Directors to unlawfully bring about physical damage to the offices and employees of Accesswork as well.
It is also Valid to note that in spite of giving multiple offers for an amicable exit, Giga Health Labs through its directors above have been found absconding from the premises without honoring the existing original agreement and it’s dues, which clearly highlights the clear and malaise intent to walk away from an existing contract.
Please be extremely careful whilst conducting any dealing with this company as they have a habit of mixing situations and words to get out of their committed contracts.
