Bought a 10 pack of Pilot v7 Hi tech point from amazon. They stop working half way through the ink.

I bought two pilot v7 hi-tech point 0.7 cartridge system 1 month back. I am using only pilot cartridges made by Luxor in India. But sometimes while writing it stops and I have to shake the pen 2- 3 times to make it work.

I bought a costly pen of pilot based on trust but felt kind of cheated.

In exam times when time is very precious wasting time on shaking pen becomes big issue.

Kindly resolve the issue.

Recently I bought 2 pilot V5 pens and after writing when the ink was half way to empty both the pen had the same problems. It is difficult find the customer care in their website. Even after paying so much money the product is not up the mark.

Recently I bought a pack of 3 V5 pens and after writing a page they have stopped working and they are leaking as well. The whole pack is faulty not just a single pen.
I have written mail on [protected]@luxoroffice.com but have not received any response from them.

My purchase of a gift set from luxor both the pen and keychain is damaged within 2 months o[censored]se. I have made official complaint through mail to [protected]@luxoroffice.com. But no reply received from there end. Issue still un resolved.

Sir I am Prashant Soni using Luxor pinpoint o5 pen from 3 months but its life is only15 days after that it's nib came out and become unable to use. I contact customer Care many times but they didn't reply so please solve my problem. I have 3 defected pieces.

I am trying to find ANYONE that can help me. Luxxor International Group took a $5200 deposit from me to sell a timeshare. Escrow was to close in 60 days or in January,2010. It is now May, 2010 and for the last 3 1/2 months, Luxxor International Group or Angela Stephenson or Amy Wilkerson will not return my phone messages or email messages. I have left over 100 of them. I am a mother of 2, and I desperately need the money(deposit). I was suckered into this and I should have known it was too good to be true. If you know how to contact Luxxor International Group, I would appreciate it. Please, their website address is only a Postal Box and their phone is a cell phone. I need an actual location for either Luxxor, or Amy Wilkerson. PLEASE HELP ME, I really need the money now and I would be so grateful if anyone can help. Thank you and God Bless, Susan Fry

BEWARE of Luxxor International Group and their deceptive business practices. Amy Wilkerson, who also goes by Amy Brooke, Angela Stephenson, makes contact with timeshare sellers on different internet sites. Contacts these sellers, telling them that she has a PRE APPROVED buyer, willing to pay DOUBLE or TRIPLE the amount the seller is asking. When sales contracts are aprroved and signed and Amy asks for her COMMISSION(up front), cashes your check...BYE BYE...she is gone. Here is what an investigation has produced about Luxxor Interantiona Group.
1. Their address on the website, letterhead and business cards of 3936 S Semoran Blvd.,Suite 381
Orlando, Fl 32822, is a POST BOX in a shopping center. Luxxor International Group DOES NOT have a actual storefront location.
2. They will quote prices, file sales contracts, loan documents and setup escrow, without a REAL ESTATE LICENSE, which is required by law to have. Luxxor International Group is ONLY A MARKETING COMPANY that accepts up front money before escrow begins.
3. They have made statements that they ARE the escrow company, when in fact, Luxxor International Group DOES NOT have an escrow company.
4. They falsify names of potential buyers, lenders and real estate agents, without producing names, addresses or phone numbers.
5. They are currently being investigated by the ATTORNEY GENERAL for the STATE OF FLORIDA and the Licensing Board of the state.
