Dear sir/madam,

Iam venkata ramana, a bank emoyee, recently shifted from hyderabad to rt nagar.. As i have purchased ifb washing machine last year and after coming here bangalore, we found water leakage problem. So to fix the problem we have contacted ace service center halasoor 2 weeks back and they have sent one executive to fix tge issue.. The execute told some name and i dint recall his name, but using mobile number [protected] (Syed zaid) having checked the washing machine and told there is a problem in washing machine with motor.. He took the old motor and told he will bring replacement in 2 days time
I have called this fellow for more than 50 to100 times from last 2 weeks and he is saying one or other reason but not attending the problem

My kind request yo you as ifb customer dont give authorized service centers to these fraudulent people who are cheating customers and killing their time also

I requset you to please replay to my problem as i want to repair my washing machine and also take action on these people. I actually wanted to lodge f. I. R on this ace company and service execute zaid

Please do needful sir and revert me asap
