[Resolved] Ace Machinery Services Ulsoor — IFB Washing Machine Service | |||
Ace Mechinary Services RK Mutt Road Ulsoor. These guys are so unprofessional guys! I would suggest all you people out there with IFB home appliances think twice before calling these guys for service. Here is my story- My IFB Diva washing Machine stopped working, So i had called a person by name Ramesh (mob [protected]) introduced himself as manager from IFB service and sent a stupid service engineer by name Syed. He checked and told the timer is a problem and replaced the same by taking 3600 Rs. Later the problem persisted after 45 min. I called the service guy, He said he will come and check with in 1 hour. Its been more than a week now, but the time has still not come. They avoid my calls OR fail to keep there commitment....I tried reaching the IFB Customer service and they said these guys are not listed in their authorized service center. Recently I also faced with similar experience with these guys. These are really hopeless guys. Please do not give your washing machines or any other appliances to these people

These guys are very unprofessional, fraud, cheaters! I would suggest all you people out there with ONIDA home appliances don't give your appliances to this agency.

He checked and told the timer is a problem and cant replace at home, need circuit to test. He took the machine to service center and all of them just disappeared. stopped taking my calls. After following with them and calling numerous times per day . I googled diffident numbers to call, finally after telling that i am giving police complaint, got my machine back in extremely bad conditions with some parts are missing. these people are not scared of anyone, they said do whatever you want !

This company have illegal nexus with employee of service centers of big companies who forward our compliant to these fraud company instead of registering complaints. I called Whirlpool service centre and they forwarded my complaint to this ACE fraud company. They came and charged me with Rs2500 and probelm didn't resolve. Now they are not attending my complaints. When I called Whirlpool again yesterday, only then I came to know that I was cheated by them. I am going to lodge a FIR against this company and request you all to do the same. Engineer name is Mahesh ([protected]; [protected])

These people are horrible!!
My washing Machine was giving some sound while working... Mechanic visited and Told Gear Box has to be replaced(Charged 500), they picked up the machine and repaired and brought back after 5 days(Charged 4500), When i checked my washing machines drum, i realized that it's been replaced with some used drum(Mine was diamond Drum) again i made 30+ calls and they given their as usual response "today technician will visit your place" after 5 days pickup boys came and took my machine.
After 3 days they brought my machine back with my "diamond drum", but when i tried washing the cloths, i realized my drum is leaking...still call is going on, not sure when it will be solved, don't ever go with these people.

I am having a horrible experience with them too. They took my ifb washing machine on Wednesday telling it had a timer problem and they will return the machine after servicing it on Friday. They quoted 4000 rs for replacing the timer. Still they haven't brought it back. No one responds for the queries. I regret for not reading the reviews before calling these people. Please don't go with these guys ever!
I have given my washing machine for repair to ACE MACHINERY SERVICES. They are not picking the calls and now are also not reachable. They are FRAUD, they are also not authorised IFB service provider. They have kept my machine and not responding

I have used the services of ACE MACHINERY SERVICES in Bangalore.
It is surprising to see how come so many complains and all of the same description! I am also facing the same issue as the ones mentioned above:
1) When my machine stopped working, i reached out to ACE and they sent a technician - Visiting charge 250.00
2) The technician (Sadiq - Ph# [protected]) told me the gear box needs to be changed to use further and the cost is 3200.00 plus service charge of 450.00. He also said that this machine is 7-8 years old and the machine will work for another 6-7 years once the gearbox is changed.
3) I agreed and they took my machine and returned after 2 days - As per them the gear box was changed and service was done
4) No service was done my drum is not aligned correctly and now the water is leaking. I am unable to use the machine
5) Worse thing is that none of the numbers on the invoice are reachable, i get the store no. from the technician and the lady named Geetha (Ph# [protected]) is absolutely unprofessional. She received my call once and said we will send technician and after that have tried calling her all day and she does not receive my call anymore.
I may have called atleast 30 times in the last 2 days!!
What kind of service is this after looting 4000.00 bucks from a customer? You say you are authorized dealer of Samsung which is not true!
It is frustrating there is no one to be reached out for the complain and the money has gone down the gutter!
I AM GOING TO FILE A COMPLAIN IN THE CONSUMER COURT REGARDING THIS ISSUE. I feel sorry for people who have only complained and not taken any action so far.

AVOID them, have been trying to get them to re-check after getting to pay 4500 Rs + 250 visiting charges called Sadiq..

Hi i also had same issue with ACE Machinery Services, They took Rs. 4800 on 3/11 for the IFB washing machine service. Now again same issue with machine and cal is not getting connected. If i call IFB service centre they are telling ACE is not the authorised service partner for IFB.
I am surprised how these people are getting the contact details initially when we log the service call with IFB.
