Ace2Three — 4days ago I made redeem request but didn't credited yet and Ace23 team didn't reply to my emails too.

This is Atul Kumar Mishra. My A23 ID is atulms0010. I made a request redeem of Rs.1150 on 29th Jan (4days ago), which is not credited to my account yet .

Before this, I always got my redeem money with in 3-4 hours. First time I'm facing this issue. I think from previous a23 app update, I'm facing this.
