      User name : diablo433652

      This company has blocked my account and 17000 from my account is taken away stating system has found some discrepancies in my gaming pattern. They have not provided any detailed explanation and when called support they are not providing any further information. I am playing rummy since 8 years in sites like Junglee, Adda52, circle and this is the first time I am facing this issue.
      I have not committed any wrong thing here and the company has blocked the entire amount. How are they being authorized to block my deposit amount without specific reason being given and no fault from my end.

      This it the first step I am doing here and wouldn't think to spend more amount to proceed legally if this is not resolved. This is absolutely looting money and giving some reason. Take immediate action to resolve this and consider this as on demand notice as I am not ready to let my hard earned amount which I have deposited.

          Money getting disappeared from the wallet..CC team is v incompetent and v casual about such a serious thing...almost Rs.300 is disappeared from the wallet since 5th may...there team just ask me to wait without providing any solution.my wallet is in negative Ballance which had never happen in any wallet of online platforms.

          Hope I get solution from this platform atleast. I am been with Ace2three for past 9 years and given them a lkh of revenue still been not valued as a customer.

            I played online rummy since 2014 in Ace2three I lost around 45k on the year. after that i stoppled play. in 2022 i continuosly received your account have some bonus like 200rs. i downloaded the app and checked yes 200rs credited in bonus. I started playing rummy again this time i lost 8L in a short period of 5-6 months. so i decresed my add cash limit daily 50000 to 500. on the next day call received from responsible team they asked multiple questions and i answerd frankly... they didint tell about the account going deactivation or banned or disabled. recent times i played only minimum amount torunements. I am hoping to win any one of tournemant but they disabled my account. l sent couple of emails and called customer care but they said i won't get back.. Ace2three I am playing very responsibly kindly enable my account ASAP.. thank you.

                        Some places it says instant

                            Kicked out from tournament

                            I joined a 111 tourney lost first round and rejoined with 111 again and then at final round i won but the Ace23 message shows abnormal activity so kicking out from tourney. It's irritating with Ace23 how a person can do fraud in tourney. Really a frustration...

                                Playing ace2three is vary harm full, no one will win they won't get money, after winning one game we will lost 20 games, I lost huge amount I don't no how to get money back
