I have already notified you about this but your team hasn't replied it's too much frustrating Actually on 1st April my a23 account got hacked and The hacker applied for a reedem of 5000 on 2nd april on dated - 02/04/2022 at 6:06 PM with reedem id[protected] it got deducted from my a23 account balance I was ill so I didn't check that day but after 3 days I checked and I saw that my reedem was on hold well its good hacker didn't get anything I changed my pass etc and now my account is secured so no need to worry but The 5000 is still not refunded and I am so frustrated because you aren't even replying Please cancel that reedem and refund my amount back to me else I will have to take actions against you it was my money just Refund it somehow
