We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

With reference to your concern we understand that your query is in regards to the purchase of Rs.4960 *2 made on 19-April-2022 which was unsuccessful .

As informed over telephonic conversation which you had with our customer support on 20 April 2022 please be informed that whenever there is a transaction which is missing it will be updated in your A23 account within 3-4 hours (depending on the Gateway it was made through) or to your bank account in 7-10 working days.

In-case, if you have not received the amount even after 10 working days, please do get back to us with the bank transaction statement from date of purchase till 10th working day so that we can check and assist you further.

Hence if you have any further concerns we request you to reach us from your registered mail id to [protected]@a23.com so that we could check.

At the outset, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Referring to your e-mail, we understand that you have made a purchase at A23 and the amount was debited from your bank account but not added to your A23 account real chips.

If the same is done from Bank then if the amount which is debited from your bank account and not added to your real chips would be added to your A23 account real chips within 3 hours (or) refunded back to your bank account from which you have made the purchase within 7-10 working days.

In-case, if you have not received the amount even after 10 working days, please do get back to us with the bank transaction statement from date of purchase to till date. So that we can check and assist you further.

However we are sorry to inform you that we are unable to determine your account user id, hence we request you to get back with the user id or email us from your registered email id to [protected]@a23.com so that we could check.
