[Resolved]  Ace2Three — Activate my account

My account was diabled. It shows like it was duplicate account . In my account there was about 3800 . I want my account back . Please. I want my money back

With reference to your mail we have checked your account and we understand that your concern is regarding chips transfer to your Bank account.

We have checked your account and we see that your account is deactivated under duplicate policy and hence we request you to continue with your primary account.

Please be noted that to transfer your remaining balance to your Bank Account we need your Bank Document which is matching with the profile or else no where updated in Ace2Three and which should be under your name .

However please do share your proper scanning copy of your Bank proof Document (Cheque/Bank Passbook/Bank statement) which includes your name, IFSC Code, Bank account number so that we could check and assist you according.
