With reference to your query we understand that your concern is regarding game id:[protected] .

Please be informed 30% TDS is deducted when the prize amount from a single game is more than 10000. As your winnings were more than 10, 000 in above game hence 30% tds got deducted and remaining amount was added to your A23 account.

The TDS certificates will be uploaded to all the players profile for every three months, that means if the deduction happened in the first quarter then the certificates would get uploaded by end of the second quarter.

Once the TDS certificate is uploaded we will notify through email and SMS will be sent to every player and player can download directly from his account.Hence if you have any more concerns then please email us from your registered mail id to [protected]@a23.com so that we could check.
