The amount which is debited from your bank account and not added to your real chips, would be added to your Ace2Three account real chips within 3 hours (or) refunded back to your bank account from which you have made the purchase within 4-10 working days. In-case, if you have not received the amount even after 7 working days, please do get back to us with the bank transaction statement from date of purchase to till date. So that we can check and assist you further. Also, we are sorry to inform you that we were unable to identify your Ace2three account with the given details.
