With reference to your query about redeem status, Please be informed that the redeem of amount Rs 100/- requested on[protected] was approved and processed immediately to your Bank account on same day.

Please check your bank account statement for the same. Also, share the bank statement from your registered email id to [protected]@a23.com, in case if you did not receive the amount. So that, we can check and assist you accordingly.
