With reference to your concern we understand that your query reported in regards to the purchase of Rs.2000 made on 17-Apr-2022 which was unsuccessful .

As informed over telephonic conversation which you had with our customer support on 20 April 2022 please be informed that whenever there is a transaction which is missing it will be updated in your A23 account within 3-4 hours (depending on the Gateway it was made through) or to your bank account in 7-10 working days.

In-case, if you have not received the amount even after 10 working days, please do get back to us with the bank transaction statement from date of purchase till 10th working day so that we can check and assist you further.
