Please be informed that you can redeem only the chips which are present in redeemable balance and we have checked your account were real chips Rs 113.5 and redeem chips Rs 18.5.
Once your redeemable balance becomes Rs 100 or more then you can redeem it. Winnings which are present in redeemable balance can be redeemed and purchase chips cannot be redeemed.
