With reference to your report we understand that your concern is regards to redeem.

We have checked your account and we see that it has been closed permanently as our internal risk systems have flagged certain discrepancies in your game-play patterns which resulted in undue release/misuse/transfer of the bonus/chips to your account after several warnings.

After a review of your specific case, your account has been blocked permanently, without any further settlements and it cannot be activated, also redeem cannot be processed.
