[Resolved] Ace2Three — Redeem request is still in processing

I have requested rs 500 for redeem on 23/02/2022 at 12:58pm through upi and my redeem id is 24567734 but not completed yet. I already wrote five mail to their email and also call 2 times to their complaint number but not resolved yet and now when i am trying to contact again the call didnt connect to their customer care executive. I think my number is blocked by them thats why my call didnt connect to them.
Hope, i get my resolution here.
