I’m unable to play games in a23.com because they restricted my account, and also they aren’t responding I had mailed them but they aren’t responding, I wasn’t involved in any unfair terms, still they restricted me, my a23 username is kumard7534 please help me

Please remove the restriction or credit the money to the linked UPI address of the account.Why you are not responding to my complaint I'm so poor it's my hard earned money, I don't have any other source of income, as already told before I wasn't involved in any unfair terms but still don't know why you disabled my account, please remove the restriction
