[Resolved]  Ace2Three — Unable to Redeem my amount from Ace2thee

Hello, I have accidentally purchased Rs10000 instead of Rs1000 in ace2three. When i am trying to redeem the amount its showing redeemable balance is not sufficient. However when i spoke to customer care they are saying it cannot be redeemable only winnings can be transferred. I have asked my money to send back to my credit card. Even they are saying its against the policy, T&C, etc... They are insisting me to play for Rs10000 either loose completely or transfer your winnings. I never won not even single penny in this site. I though of having time pass this weekend, but accidentally i purchased. Please suggest me whether any policy can be made to insist a player to play the complete amount and loose the money. Is there any way that i will get the money back with out playing Thanks & Regards, Sastry Remella
