I have complaint several times to the acer customer care and every time they are making exuse.
I had made complaint in consumer complaint forum last time and they are ready to replace the lcd display under my warranty but the service center (Cms it, bangalore) is so irresponsible towards customers. One official of that service center mrs. Pooja, always used to told me that within 3 days it will be replaced but again she did the same. She make me fool saying that i will change it in adp warranty and send me form to fill and i have filled it and send her back but again no action is taken. I have attached the screen shot of mails in which she asked me for filled adp warranty form to change my lcd screen.
A strict action against the company is required.
