[Resolved] Acer India — Monitor Issue, Warranty not being claimed, Worst customer care support...

I purchased a monitor Acer VG270S 165hz on 30 Sep 2021. After 6 - 7 months it started the get flickering lines at high refresh rates 165 hz, 144 hz...
I claimed warranty and they replaced with an other faulty monitor of same issue. Now, they are saying that my pc is faulty even tho they checked with 2 different pc they brought from their service center and still the issue persists.
Now again I claimed a warranty and the just closed the case without notifying me and without resolving my issue. I have been trying to claim warranty for past 4 months but they wont do so.

After multiple struggles 5 months, they replaced my monitor..

Acer India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Jayavikram Now they are saying that my monitor doesnt have a certain feature(freesync) and I am using it.
It was clearly provided in invoice on company website that this monitor doesnt support freesync. They are just doing every move to not accept my warranty..
