The microphone (array?) is not working. The audio volume without headphones is not very good. I have tried to go to settings in "sound" and correct the settings and troubleshoot but the problem was not solved. I have also gone to "privacy" in settings and correct the microphone settings (since I was using the microphone with webex, etc). This has also not worked.

Updated by xsanjayx This device is within warranty. Please inform me at the earliest as the warranty is till 3rd December. It was purchased in the US and brought back for personal use.
