Acer India — acer service center physically damaged my new laptop | |||
I have a 1 month old Acer laptop which was damaged by Acer Service Center. From the beginning, my the Optical Drive of the laptop was not working. It had to be replaced three times to fix it. However, the Acer Certified Service Center, Aforeserve, Kolkata physically damaged the chassis/body of the laptop. There is a dent in the side, and a crack mark. Also the service I received for replacing the Optical Drive was appalling. At first, they tried to fix it with glue. When I protested, they changed the Optical Drive but damaged the body of the laptop instead. I am disgusted with Acer right now, and only wish they would give me a replacement or refund. It is very sad to say that even after one month of delivery of Dezir-VDI on 19 Jan 18, till date I did not get the registration certificate/ documents.
The PO form CSD for the same, has been submitted to Acer Motor on 12/01/18.
I am not satisfied the way that Acer is dealing with customer.
