I bought acer one 10 tablet from dehradun in 2015 and little did i know that i'd made a real bad deal, the reasons are stated below:
Since day one, the tablet never worked properly and had to give time and again to the dealer for sorting the problem, who in turn never rendered satisfactory after sales service, as he knew we had to leave india after a month, he did only temporary repairs.
Then we relocated to kenya for 2 years, since there are no authorized service centres in kenya, in the span of 2 years, 4 times we had to send the tablet to india for proper fixing of the consistent problem, unfortunately it was in vain as they failed to find the permanent solution.
The recurring problem is that there is no external indication, as to charging of the tablet. No matter how much you charge, the battery always is low and it could not start. There is no problem with the battery, as told by the various specialists who checked the tablet.
Apparently, after reading the web feedback of the same model on various consumer forums, i found that this is inherent defect and lots of customers are facing the same problem worldwide, but their grievances, so far had never been addressed properly by the company.
As the product was not cheap, which can be used once (In my case i've not even used properly more than a week) and thrown thereafter. It costed me inr 22000/-, which is quite a money.
Hence i am looking forward for some solution, as to how to claim back my money from company as they did not agree to replace the defective piece given to me. Though i've emailed them my grievances, they are suggesting me to visit dealers referred by them, but i've done enough of my bit in running around, since the time i bought the tablet.
I'll really appreciate if i get refund or proper replacement of the same in good working condition.

We purchase some Acer laptop with ubuntu 16.04 with the wireless card with the wireless card (Qualcomm Atheros Device 0042 (rev 31). Its frequently disconnecting and packets are dropping.

    I have mailed the complaint on 28.08.2017 and the case id 2398685i generated on 29.08.2017 but till date no technician has attended to this office for rectification of the computer even though a passage of 72 hours. The office work is badely hampered. Do needful action immediately, this is very poor response to attend the warranty.

      It is highly disappointing to see that a consumer company like acer does not take after sale service too seriously, even if the issue is highly escalated. As per aforesaid subject i have been following up for an issue faces since june 14, 2017 however after months of enormous follow-up an engineer visit was scheduled & it was confirmed that hard drive was also replaced and issue has been resolved.

      I was provided ok report as on august 14, 2017 by “cms it services private limited”, issue note – 46145 and ran no./call number[protected]

      Now, the first time when i am operating my notebook post issue resolution, i am again struggling the same. System is not being able to remain active for more than 15-20 minutes, post which screen blackouts. The only possible action is to power it off and then start again. This is heights of mental torture when i am just wasting my time & energy for getting this laptop rectified. Every time i have been promised that there will be no issue in future but i am still in the same standing. Let me know if the issue can be resolved once for and all or replace me with a new product. I am also escalating the same on consumer forum & on my twitter handle. Hoping this time the “customer service” will be taken on a serious note

      my new laptop battery was not giving backup for even 1 hour and is draining very fast . I had purchased this 1 month before . So I request u to repair as it comes under the warranty period.

        I bought an acer laptop i5 dated 17/06/2017, Invoice No.: N.PLA-2-1144, after one and half month my laptop display gone and showing black screen, but laptop is working external monitor, after first complained acer service center engineer comming my site and look it and found display screen is currupted, but he is not able to resolved my laptop display problem, he says if i am go personally to acer service center then hand to hand changed my laptop display screen. Next day i gone acer service center where i showed my laptop to engineer, after 10 or 20 minute my laptop return to me and engineer saying your display change now laptop is working ok.
        When I returned our home and i have worked on laptop 2 or 3 hours, my laptop display showed white line in center of display screen.
        Again I filed a complained acer service center. After complaint engineer came to my site and found display screen problem then he take a photo white line and screen serial no. also and says after two day i.e. saturday 12/08/2017 I changed your display screen. On saturday dated 12/08/2017 he came again and changed display but i check and see in below display screen white light arise i complained engineer but he says after some day automatically light problem solved otherwise you wait 10 or 15 days to come new display screen in my service center after that I have changed in new one.
        But I am not satisfied acer service, only one and half month acer laptop give this unexpected problem, I don't want it. It is possible to refund my money back or change new peice of laptop. Please help us.

        While i play games after few minutes my system gets restarted telling " video internal scheduler error" . this happens with all the games i play like nfs most wanted, gta 5, fifa17 . i just bought this laptop 1 month ago.

          Respected sir, i bought an acer laptop aspire e15 s/n. Nxgdnsi00463710d3e7600 on 8 jan 2017.
          It's creat a lots of problem especially on hard drive and so regarding this on 31 july 2017 i lodge complaint having no. 2360261i then customer care executive said engineer will reach your home between 2 to 3 days till now no one came yet
          On 4 aug again i contact customer care executive said engineer will reach your home between 2 to 3 hours but no one reach home
          On 5 aug again also i contact service centre person said reach your home between 3 to 4 pm. But no one came yet.
          Sir my laptop is in under warranty, a week has passed but no service available by your employees. Thatswhy my work had stopped. It is very shameful that even till now we not get any call received from customer care engineer.
          Please solve the laptop problem as soon as possible.

              Res sir,.. Sir my laptop keyboard and his battery portion is not working.. And so regarding this on[protected] i lodge my complain having no 2286355i and on[protected] i again send mail to acer about my complain statuswith attachment od invoice. At that time your customer care person says that in 3 days we contact you and then ask about your adress where we can come and give you service means on site service because my laptop is under guarntee.. It is very shamefull that even till now we not get any call from you... And my complain was closed with any solution... And today i complained 3 rd time id no 2344611i hope so the solution this time.. Otherwise. Having a big brand like you and giving a service so poor to your customer. It is very shamefull. I am getting so bothered from you service side.

                My name is alish ingole i purchased acer laptop from lotus store shankar nagar nagpur on 30/6/2017...
                Got defective product when i taken that laptop from 1st day i am facing same problem like curser not moving properly and that curser selecting automatic anywhere that thing i told to shop keeper on the same day. Exeutive said this is manufacturing defect i'll get new laptop till now i have not receive my laptop
                Now store executive call me for laptop i found same issue that is informed to executive but no resolution from store as well as acer i request you please replace set immediately...
                And without estimation they closed my complaint

                I went there 6 or 7 time in this 18 days
                But they are not given me solutions...
                Got defective product and used product i dont want repird product i want replacements if you not able to give replacements i'll go consumer cort i'll file case on lotus electronic and acer india about this case...

                      I was buy one acer laptop on 28th of june17 the costing of that product is 35k (Inclusive all taxes) but in the invoice i was notice different product srl. No, when i was informed they told me do it by your self it will not effects your warranty also my warranty is not showing as they promised 1yr but in online

                        From day of purchase its getting hang several time in a day and i have to restart again and again not even a single application working properly i request you to take quick action towards my complaint and replace my product as soon as possible. This agency is fraud. They are making fool to customers' can not even open office and all other application its making loss to my business.

                          Respected sir/mam, i am sumit shah studying cain delh (Mobile no:[protected]), i bought laptop worth 50000 model no:acer aspire f15 f5-573g-59v4 from acer store. While purchasing they guaranteed 5 to 6 hours of battery backup. But it is giving less than 1 and half hours. I lodged complaint about 10 times regarding the issues. Even went to service centre for 3 to 4 times. They are behaving very rude, ruthless. Ibought laptop on 27 feb 2017, and incident happend on 25/5/2017. Nobody is helping me regarding this. They even threatened and abused me. Now i need to replace the battery or replace this laptop with new one because this laptop is damaged from very begining.

                              It is inform that i had purchased a acer laptop (acer aspire ES1/521/amd/a4/W10 S/N - UNG2SKI008H0576013; P/N - UN.G2KSI.008) from nehru place, n delhi-19 (Raj Infomatique) on 22.04.17.

                              Outer box claimed that the product is made in India however it found that the product inside the box is a china product. So i request you take necessary action and provide me an Indian made product rather than a Chinese.

                                  Dear sir /madam i don't know why are you cancel my extended warranty.i had make the payment Rs 1149 receipt which is attached in this mail ...you don't have right to reject my invoice sending from urs side .u have to maintain urs commitments..bcz according to my balance statement my amount has been diducted from hdfc bank.for acer warranty esxtendend .

                                    SanDisk 32GB 3.0 USB Flash drive/Pendrive issue. Couldn't connect to keyboard's port. This problem only arise when the usb is connected to keyboard's port on my device. All other Hard disk and Hard Drive is not facing this problem. every other devices gets connected on that port. I have tried formatting my PC, but the problem is still continued. I have formatted the Pen drive from my PC but still not solution.i have tried formatting it through other PC, but no changes were seen. please solve this problem asap, or suggest anything, its making a d big deal outta here..!!

                                    When I was purchase this laptop he asked to me laptop warranty is 1+2 years total three years.but to till date company give only one year warranty..
                                    Acer E5 573 windows not installed BIOS fail.i think hard disk problem my laptop is under warranty.plz solve this problem.

                                      This is shashank here from l & t civil construction. We have purchased 40 desktops from acer for our users. Most of the desktops are faulty and the motherboards have been replaced. The new desktops are giving hanging problems every now and then. The acer support is totally useless as the engineers do not give proper solutions for the problems. I reequest the consumer court to look into this urgent matter.

                                        Date of purchase[protected] from Tezpur, Assam.
                                        Problem: Automatically switch off after few minutes functioning.
                                        Complaint registered at Acer servicing centre Tezpur. They replaced almost every part of the laptop including screen, keyboard, mother board, CPU, touch pad, battery, etc.,
                                        After nearly 3 months they returned the laptop OK. But it was noticed that laptop works only when only one or two applications are running.

                                        After few days the same problem started again, with constant power-off automatically after every 5 to 10 minutes.

                                        The warranty period is 1 year and its been 11 months I purchased. But Acer says that warranty started some 4-5 months prior to my purchase.

                                        I request Acer through you to kindly take back this faulty system, and replace with a well functioning laptop. Even 1-2 years old laptop is ok for me. Or else just return 50-60 % money that I paid for purchase.
