Sir,
My name is alish ingole i purchased acer laptop from lotus store shankar nagar nagpur on 30/6/2017...
Got defective product when i taken that laptop from 1st day i am facing same problem like curser not moving properly and that curser selecting automatic anywhere that thing i told to shop keeper on the same day. Exeutive said this is manufacturing defect i'll get new laptop till now i have not receive my laptop
Now store executive call me for laptop i found same issue that is informed to executive but no resolution from store as well as acer i request you please replace set immediately...
And without estimation they closed my complaint

I went there 6 or 7 time in this 18 days
But they are not given me solutions...
Got defective product and used product i dont want repird product i want replacements if you not able to give replacements i'll go consumer cort i'll file case on lotus electronic and acer india about this case...

    Dear sir/madam, i dilip kr biswas, had purchased the acer laptop under s/n - nxgoysi01171500bec6600 and mode is r3-13it-p71c when i was trying to active my ms office 2016 and click on active product key that time message was display that your product key is 25 character and typically found in your product packaging but couldn't see any product key in my package that is why i was contact to customer care and told me for my product, have to purchased product key from microsoft. So i wanted to know why was displayed the above massage. So request you please solve the matter as soon as possible. From dilip kr biswas

      I used my debit card while trying to extend the warranty period of my laptop acer aspire es15 purchased on 29 jun 2017. Product ser no is nxgkqsi00170801f3a3400. Purchased from logtech infoway pvt ltd tvpm. Invoice no a 3472the actual payment was rs 825/- but errouneously debit from my account a sum 1723/- please refund the money i. E. 1723/- in my sbi a/c no [protected], ifsc sbin0010691.

        I was buy one acer laptop on 28th of june17 the costing of that product is 35k (Inclusive all taxes) but in the invoice i was notice different product srl. No, when i was informed they told me do it by your self it will not effects your warranty also my warranty is not showing as they promised 1yr but in online
        Its showing oct17 my warranty will be finished which is supposed to be 29/06/2018 as they told you can extend your warranty by submitting 999rs paying through online, so many wrong commitment from their side also not
        Coordinate properly to help.

        Acer only trying to fool customer very bad experience i going to submitting one consumer forum case against they they cited normal people

          I had purchase acer laptop from on 13/06/2017 my snid no is [protected].
          From day of purchase its getting hang several time in a day and i have to restart again and again not even a single application working properly i request you to take quick action towards my complaint and replace my product as soon as possible. This agency is fraud. They are making fool to customers' can not even open office and all other application its making loss to my business.

          I request to replace my product as soon as possible pls do the needful.

            Respected sir/mam, i am sumit shah studying cain delh (Mobile no:[protected]), i bought laptop worth 50000 model no:acer aspire f15 f5-573g-59v4 from acer store. While purchasing they guaranteed 5 to 6 hours of battery backup. But it is giving less than 1 and half hours. I lodged complaint about 10 times regarding the issues. Even went to service centre for 3 to 4 times. They are behaving very rude, ruthless. Ibought laptop on 27 feb 2017, and incident happend on 25/5/2017. Nobody is helping me regarding this. They even threatened and abused me. Now i need to replace the battery or replace this laptop with new one because this laptop is damaged from very begining.

                It is inform that i had purchased a acer laptop (acer aspire ES1/521/amd/a4/W10 S/N - UNG2SKI008H0576013; P/N - UN.G2KSI.008) from nehru place, n delhi-19 (Raj Infomatique) on 22.04.17.

                Outer box claimed that the product is made in India however it found that the product inside the box is a china product. So i request you take necessary action and provide me an Indian made product rather than a Chinese.

                      SanDisk 32GB 3.0 USB Flash drive/Pendrive issue. Couldn't connect to keyboard's port. This problem only arise when the usb is connected to keyboard's port on my device. All other Hard disk and Hard Drive is not facing this problem. every other devices gets connected on that port. I have tried formatting my PC, but the problem is still continued. I have formatted the Pen drive from my PC but still not solution.i have tried formatting it through other PC, but no changes were seen. please solve this problem asap, or suggest anything, its making a d big deal outta here..!!

                      When I was purchase this laptop he asked to me laptop warranty is 1+2 years total three years.but to till date company give only one year warranty..
                      Acer E5 573 windows not installed BIOS fail.i think hard disk problem my laptop is under warranty.plz solve this problem.

                        This is shashank here from l & t civil construction. We have purchased 40 desktops from acer for our users. Most of the desktops are faulty and the motherboards have been replaced. The new desktops are giving hanging problems every now and then. The acer support is totally useless as the engineers do not give proper solutions for the problems. I reequest the consumer court to look into this urgent matter.

                          Date of purchase[protected] from Tezpur, Assam.
                          Problem: Automatically switch off after few minutes functioning.
                          Complaint registered at Acer servicing centre Tezpur. They replaced almost every part of the laptop including screen, keyboard, mother board, CPU, touch pad, battery, etc.,
                          After nearly 3 months they returned the laptop OK. But it was noticed that laptop works only when only one or two applications are running.

                          After few days the same problem started again, with constant power-off automatically after every 5 to 10 minutes.

                          The warranty period is 1 year and its been 11 months I purchased. But Acer says that warranty started some 4-5 months prior to my purchase.

                          I request Acer through you to kindly take back this faulty system, and replace with a well functioning laptop. Even 1-2 years old laptop is ok for me. Or else just return 50-60 % money that I paid for purchase.

                            I received an acer e 15 laptop from flipkart on jan'17. Today my laptop stopped working suddenly and is now showing black screen. I have tried with and without battery, but no help. This has happend siddenly. At night it was working well and i shut down tge system. But in morning when i opened, it didnot start.                                 We have purchased New CPU MACHINE S/N UXVJSSIQ30G0967974 for Wireless Police Dept.We got the problem of Low internet speed.We have 4mbps line connection.When we checked on another CPU we got full speed but at this CPU got very low data speed.For this CPU we got very less speed.We provided the Machine Sr.No.kindly take action on this problem.So for solving this issue please guide us what to do or replace the CPU otherwise repair this CPU.

                                  Since the purchase of my acer one 10 laptop on 11th aug 2016, it has already given me trouble twice in less than 4 months. I had first visited the acer service centre in borivali east, mumbai (Sd computronix) in dec 6th, the issue being manual power failure and on 27th jan 17, for battery problem and manual power failure again and still the issue isn't resolved.                                   The issue still hasn't been resolved. Since the purchase of my Acer One 10 laptop on 11th Aug 2016, it has already given me trouble twice in less than 4 months. I had first visited the acer service centre in Borivali East, Mumbai (SD Computronix) in Dec 6th, the issue being Manual power failure and on 27th Jan 17, for battery problem and manual power failure again and still the issue isn't resolved. Please escalate the matter immediately.

                                    When i last visited service center for my laptop having display problem at laxmi nagar. They left it open on left side, it was minor problem at time bt today when i visited the service center at janakpuri because now it may cause a severe damage to laptop to check with the damage. They told me to go to laxminagar where i was last visited. At laxmi nagar service center, they told me this is a damage done by me and they will charge for repairing it.
                                    But i want to say here, internal display lock damage can not be declared as accidental damage. When i talked to the person at care to prove that it is an accidental damage then he had nothing to say and denied and said that it is thrown by me but my laptop didn't have any little scratch on it.
                                    This is a request to take a proper action against it because an internal damage is being tried to prove accidental damage. The service is very poor. I have registered 7 complaints in one year and my laptop is under 3 year's warranty and visited the care again and again, but they talk very rudely and handle the customer problems very insensitively.

                                      I had been through same kind of problem, talking about acer care, i was tired of calling and visiting these guys to resolve my complaints against them.Finally, i'm no longer using Acer's any service. These guys sometimes behave out of mind.

                                        Dear sir,
                                        I began to say respectfully that Acer customer care Gorakhpur (up) has taken service charge Rs 500 without repairing my laptop the reson given by your person customer care office that give me service charge. I want say that if he told that in your lapton lcd cable is worst then he said Rs 1450 for new lcd cable I agree to give toal amount Rs 1900 after waiting 1hour30 minutes he said that your mother board is also worst and new mother board comming is Rs13500 then I think it is not possible to me because I am b.tech 2rd year student in Ghaziabad I says that then return my laptop I saw ghazibad customer service office he say that ok but you will give me service charge .
                                        At last I requested you to please returned my Rs500, rupees without he has not repaired my laptop
