I bought this Notebook from Amazon on 8th Of Feb. Since then this product is giving me hard time. I have raised multiple tickets (3 tickets) with Acer customer Support but the issue is not resolved.
Then finally I escalate the issue to the regional customer support manager (Mahesh.[protected]@acer.com). He created one more repair ticket #4010489I on 22nd June and took my laptop on 23rd June but since then the issue is not resolved. Even...

The product that i bought in august month u=in the year 2020 was like an second hand laptop and its not having a new laptops features, since its taking more time to load everthing that im selecting and always use to hang inbetween working .

This is to inform you that I filed a repair request for my laptop on 19/06/2021 as it's camera was not working properly and now it is almost more than half a month and still it shows "Awaiting Spares", I tried contacting the service providers a couple of times but they say that they have not received the spares from the company and in the meanwhile my laptop has encountered other problems as well as it's keyboard...

I purchased a new laptop and after 3 days i can see that plastic covering on my screen is getting out. i tried to call acer like thousand times but i cant even connect with the number provided on acer's website. whom do i call ?
i sent 3 emails and there is no reply. i got 2 different serial numbers on my laptop, what is this? nobody from acer is helping out....

It is completely not working. I lost my patience due to the continuos complaints from this laptop. Firstly it lost its keyboard, then i changed it 3 times in an year. Secondly it lost its screen, and battery ....

When i power on the system there is boot option showing. system not power on...

This is the worst company I have ever seen in my life . I bought a laptop before 1 week only (11/05/2021) it's not working for 3 days and graphic card is also not working I dont know why the graphic card inbuilt in this
Power consumption is worst I[censored]se laptop for 1 hour it will reduce to 20% from 100%
So customer service is also worst they dont even consider the customer issues and all
Its fully of waste of my moneybr...

Don't buy this laptop, desktop or any other type of product
It won't work .in my experience I said I bought a laptop from acer dealer
It's almost 1 week only the laptop is not working properly and laptop is not at all worth for the amount .And is the customer service is very worst and not even take care of that your issue .they simply said please wait sir this is the that all the agent tell same thing .dont buy acer laptop...

Sir, i bought acer laptop modal no A514-54 and it's sl no - NXHZ6SI[protected]F12N00 on 27-01-21. In this laptop, curser is lagging or freezing few seconds while working on laptop. I lodged complaint two time in acer which case id is 3947772I, 3950570I.acer service center had been replaced touchpad but issue is still same. No any support by acer team after replacing touchpad. No any response. I am in problem.

Its been only 8 months and its gpu died . Predator was my dream laptop but now I come to know that acer s product are the worst . I am a youtuber and I will not recommend acer products to anyone...
