I have acer swift 3 SF314-55G model. It has issue with display and display cable also. I contacted service center But they are not responding now at all. They told to get my display and display cable replaced. It's not available in all India. But it's already 2 months I registered my issue at service center. So, please make me available display and display cable for Acer Swift 3 SF314-55G .

        I purchased ACER Aspire 3 4 GB, 15.6 win 10 . from day one it is very slow and hangs more often and the showroom owner said it will be ok. but nothing happens. no one is bothered to listen to my problem in company dealerships. my invoice no. is NBG/18-19/0171. i have bill details with me. I purchase it from Sector 20 Chandigarh.

        i request acer company to solve my problem.

              PURCHASED ACER VERITOR ALL IN ONE DESKTOP ON 12TH JULY AND THE SAME DAY FOUND DEFECTIVE AS IT GETS TURNOFF FREQUENTLY.

              purchased acer veriton all in one desktop on 12th july 2021 and since then the system turnoff frequently ranging from 15 minutes to 45 minutes....

                  On 8th June 2020, I had purchased Acer Nitro 5 AN515-52 for my personal use after going through its excellent reviews and recommendations. After few months of the purchase, the device started having minor issues which were solved easily by mysel[censored]ntil February 2021 when the first major issue came to my notice. The device was having issues when I was charging the device. It wasn't charging properly. When kept at a certain position then only it would charge. That was the first when I contacted customer care regarding the issue with my laptop. When a technician was sent to my place, it was found that the charger was short-circuited- cause unknown. Soon new hardware was brought to replace the defective part. After that issue was rectified one day during bootup of my device I found out that my display wasn't working. Otherwise, everything was all working well. Once again a technician was sent and it was found out that the back panel hinge is broken. The cause for was said it can be natural. I thought that would be the end of my problems but it wasn't. One day I found out that my microphone wasn't working. The case was registered and a technician was sent to check the device and he said a new microphone would be required. Soon the replacement part was brought and connected to the device. Still, it wasn't working but the camera was working just fine. On inspection of the motherboard, it was found out that a part of the motherboard was burnt which caused the issue. When everything was connected and the device was restarted, it was discovered that the camera now has also stopped working. Due to the case involving the motherboard, I was said that the case will be closed. On sending repetitive mail regarding my issue the case was finally considered and motherboard replacement was sent. My motherboard was replaced under warranty on 28th June. Not long after that on 3rd July, The device completely stopped working while I was working on it. After that, I tried several emails and calls to Acer customer care and Acer support but there was no response at all. Once they started responding, the replies were no proper answers.I was given the email id and phone number of Ms. Surbhi Ranjan(Manager) to communicate regarding this matter but I got the reply late and it said that since my device is now out of warranty. I tried calling her but she wasn't responding. There were two numbers in her office but the call wasn't picked up by someone. One day when she was absent, I was also given her personal phone number. But when I tried calling her she still wasn't picking up the phone. I even tried messaging on Twitter where I got a reply but they say I have to repair my device on a chargeable basis. I finally get a reply from customer care that I have to go to the service center at Santacruz(I live in Borivali). Today I called up customer care again, but I did not get the help I required. They were saying that the case cannot be reopened since the device is out of warranty. I do not accept this as a proper reason since there was a major problem on my device way before the motherboard problem originated. Due to no response, I contacted zopper, one of Croma's subsidiaries to help me identify the issue. They said it is the motherboard that has failed again. I am really frustrated with this issue now. It just keeps me giving mental stress. cannot just pay every time when a new issue comes. I had purchased this device to aid me during my Academic Year of standard 12th but the issues I was facing were just increasing my mental stress. There have been countless times I was not able to attend my lectures. I have missed my exams and practicals too due to this serious matter. I don't think I should be paying for the defective device that I have when I am taking care of it properly to date. And this issue I don't know if the motherboard was faulty or the technician could have made a mistake that has caused this terminal issue since I had also found during a repair that the technician who had visited me for an earlier incident did not put on the screw properly. I honestly do not accept the reason of Acer to no accept my request to reopen the case since my device is out of warranty. The problems existed before the expiry of warranty and now they are saying if I want to repair my device, I will have to pay for it. I paid 63, 000INR for proper device and performance. I am really happy with the overall working of my laptop but the reliability of this device has caused me a lot of trouble. Requesting your help as I am not out of options.

                    I took my Acer Aspire Laptop whose keyboard stopped working within two years of purchase for repair to this Acer care centre.
                    I was appalled to see the functioning- one person with his mask on the chin and a peon type person without mask, attending to customers. At least 10 customers thronged up inside the small room - no social distancing, only two seating benches without any marking, no temperature check, no sanitization. After about an hour my turn came ( only three people before me cleared) and I was told after checking here and there that parts are not available.
                    I exposed mysel[censored]nnecessarily visiting the centre after discussing my issue with Mr Vikas Sharma..
                    The counter person took my phone and e mail and said will inform me when parts are available.This was on 7/7/21
                    Your websites are all non functional can not find customer care address or number-wherever one clicks the message one gets "Hmm we cant reach this page" Pl see attached screen shot.
                    I am still waiting.

                        I bought this Notebook from Amazon on 8th Of Feb. Since then this product is giving me hard time. I have raised multiple tickets (3 tickets) with Acer customer Support but the issue is not resolved.
                        Then finally I escalate the issue to the regional customer support manager (Mahesh.[protected]@acer.com). He created one more repair ticket #4010489I on 22nd June and took my laptop on 23rd June but since then the issue is not resolved. Even today when I had a discussion with Mahesh, he is still unaware of what the issue is.

                        They are not ready to replace the faulty product as it's not an exception for them.
                        They are not able to repair the faulty product.
                        They are not ready to refund the money.

                        They are only ready to extend the warranty of the same product by the time they need to fix the laptop. SO this means if it take 1 month to get my laptop back they will extend my warranty by 1 month.

                        I don't want any extended warranty but my laptop back in proper running condition or refund my money 67K.

                        I am loosing my patience now and finally thought to lodge a complaint.

                          The product that i bought in august month u=in the year 2020 was like an second hand laptop and its not having a new laptops features, since its taking more time to load everthing that im selecting and always use to hang inbetween working .
                          so i left this garbage product unuse since i got this,
                          what you people are selling in the market, is it a fare thing you do to your customers .
                          It is slow like hell and always in the background too many unwanted applications are loading in the task manager and providing an deadslow response, even chrome is getting opened and most of the apps are malfunctioning when i try to use them .please assist me a replacement if possible, since it is in warranty and i request you for an immediate response.

                            Dear Sir/Ma'am,

                            This is to inform you that I filed a repair request for my laptop on 19/06/2021 as it's camera was not working properly and now it is almost more than half a month and still it shows "Awaiting Spares", I tried contacting the service providers a couple of times but they say that they have not received the spares from the company and in the meanwhile my laptop has encountered other problems as well as it's keyboard is also not working properly now and until and unless my first issue gets resolved I cannot file another one.I tried dropping mails at ail.[protected]@acer.com but got no response in return.

                            So, kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

                              I purchased a new laptop and after 3 days i can see that plastic covering on my screen is getting out. i tried to call acer like thousand times but i cant even connect with the number provided on acer's website. whom do i call ?
                              i sent 3 emails and there is no reply. i got 2 different serial numbers on my laptop, what is this? nobody from acer is helping out.
