Its been a week that I raised case ID 3928792I with Acer
Daily multiple followups are done but still issue is unresolved
Today i have escalated to ACer escalation matrix email ids too
Here is short summary
I purchased ACER Nitro 5 in 2020 around Aug timeframe
System started behaving slow in 3-4 months o[censored]sage
based on my Prev ticker in Feb'21, Motherborard was replaced
Post motherboard replacement, I had issues with - Nitrosense not getting installed, Rather than Nvedia graphics card, it was shown as Radeon, Overheating, Game lag etc
I raised Ticket 3928792I, Engineer came and formatted the Laptop and as system didnt comeup/problems continued post formatting, Engineer took the Laptop for repair on 2nd Apr
I have requested for Laptop to be delivered by 6th April, as my Son's classes started
Today is 10th april and despite everyday assurance from Acer team, today again I got the message to wait till 12th April Was this information helpful? |
