have bought ACER TV 73 inch Ultra HD 4k on 6th of june, 2022 from Amazon which got delivered to me on 8th of june, 2022. Since day 1 of the purchase the screen of the TV is not working, the TV is running with a spot of line, no 4k support is there nor is there any contact number available on Acer Website regarding the grievances. The technician came and said that the TV has to be replaced. Till today I dod not receive the TV or refund.The conduct and services of Acer is extremely poor and condemnable. I’m feeling cheated by Acer India and I’ll definitely sue Acer India for defrauding me by adopting malpractices and committing deficiency in services. I will complain to consumer forum immediately.
