I have an acer aspire es-1 laptop purchased in jan 2018, the laptop after just 7 months o[censored]sage started to have issues and the hard disk failed. A complaint was raised and they replaced the hard dist after 20 days almost on 27th sept.
After replacement the laptop was working very slow and a compliant was raised on 28th sept 2018 under case id 2889995i
Till 11/10/2018 the complaint has not been resolved.
I have called the customer care atleast 4 times since 3rd oct and also mr upendra singh support manager on his nos [protected] twice and both the times was assured that the visit of the engineer will be done.
I got the number of manager mr vikas and called him on his nos [protected] but the calls were unanswered once and then was in call waiting and have received no call back.
This is pathetic service from acer as the laptop is lying as a piece of junk because it cannot be used.
Kindly get the same resolved and action should be taken against the managers and engineers. Was this information helpful? |
