[Resolved]  Acer India — Computer warranty rejected

I have purchased an acer computer in the year 2014 with 3 years replacement warranty. From last week computer is not working as there is no power supply. I have checked with authorized acer service center and they offered mother board replacement (3 years warranty covered). After detailed check up, they could find a burning issue inside the mother board. Burning might be the result of over power supply which again comes under warranty condition. On this ground, they are rejecting the replacement of the mother board. They are of the opinion that burning and broken are two conditions that nullify the warranty. Since the burning is the result of over power supply, it must be covered as i'm using ups against power fluctuations. Below given are the contact details of service center i contacted.

I can't can prove that burning has not been caused due to defective power supply at your home or workplace. I don't have the full warranty terms.
