Acer India — Faulty Laptop | |||||
We have purchased an acer laptop from GIP Mall on 03rd Dec 2015 in the name of my wife - Sherin Abhilash. The invoice number is GipAcer/ 15-16/810. From the day of purchase there is an issue with the laptop. The cursor would move automatically and the appplication would open automatically too. I visited the mall on 28th and reported this issue in the store, however was directed to the toll free number for assistance. This pretty much looks like a initial defect and I dont want to get this repaired. The service team ( Quest Infotech) told me that there is an issue with the touchpad and this needs to be replaced. I dont want to get this repaired as the laptop is pretty new. I request you to please replace the same with a new one since this has caused a lot of incovenience. Attaching the invoice copy.
