Acer India — Laptop display id mismatch and not cover under warranty

I have an issue in my laptop with display screen, it’s showing vertical align on screen. We have visited to service center and registered the issue. Below are the details: Problem : vertical lines are coming on display. Customer id: 1443717I Register Name: Rajat Sharma We got a call from service center conveying there is display serial no mis-match. I have registered a complain to acer, On further communication, they told me they can't cover this is warranty

There are issues in your System.I went to servicing my laptop only in Acer service center.Then how can LED serial number mismatch.
I am not satisfied with your service and policy of fake warranty.
