Acer India — Laptop in warranty not repaired for more than 23 days

My keyboard was faulty and i was offered free replacement as the product was in warranty.it was submitted on 10th september but today its 3rd october still waiting for the product.neha who is from chembur service centre is ridiculous.pathetic customer service.also it takes me 75 mins each time i call at your service desk to speak to a supervisor.
