I have bought acer aspire 5 A515 -56 few months back . since the day i have bought, it is malfunctioning ., , All apps take mins to open and if i try to update the software through windows update it take 5-6 hrs for even a small update . i have contacted the tech team and the engineer keep saying to buy a new SSD for laptop . if SSD was required at first then why dont the company installed it in the begining . purchasing a 45 grand laptop and then for its proper funcitionlity we have to pay 15K extra . it was not expected .
