Case ID 3832825I, It's over 12 days since the spares is requested but Acer didn't care about consumer support they didn't even care how they are wasting consumer precious time. I've contacted them through calls and email but nothing works. Customer care call service forwarded my query.
But spares didn't have any news of arrival.
I'm tired and frustrated from Acer. My netbook is off for more than 2months.
