Bought ACER laptop during this festive sale. Brand new but can NOT CONNECT to WIFI or hold onto WIFI if connected. Repeated requests / complaints elicit standard response - our engineer will visit. A Google search showed this is a common PROBLEM of ACER Laptops. But not sure if this customer service standard is also common for others who bought ACER? Whats your experience?? How could you solve? Does ACER respond to such social media posts?? For info my ACER complaint# 3736545I raised in Nov 1st week
