Acer India — Newly bought laptop not working properly

I've recently bought my predator laptop...
In the initial stages it worked fine .but now the system is getting stuck and restarting .
When I contacted customer care they send their person and he told to change the motherboard.
The mother board is damaged in a newly bought laptop.
